January 22, According to the content of the emergency meeting of the education bureau, the future kindergarten parent guidance department issued covid-19 warm tips to all members of the learning community for the first time. The first wish of this New Year is to wish everyone healthy.

January 26, From today, the first thing to do after you open your eyes is to report your health status on Dingtalk.  Every day at 8 o 'clock Ding~ became a routine "good morning", which is the concern among all the members.

January 29, The future kindergarten formally established a "leading group for epidemic prevention and control", including the leading group of the kindergarten administration, nurses and class teachers, to fully launch the deployment of epidemic prevention and control work. Future kindergarten "fight against epidemic disease" battle line began formally at this point!

February 4, In order to respond to the call of district education bureau, the staff of future kindergarten served as volunteers for community and street’s  epidemic prevention and control work. In this city and society, in this battle, there are always someone in the burden of moving forward!

February 6, According to requirements of  “hangzhou education bureau COVID - 19 work leading group 1 work notice” the future kindergarten shall manage the closed-off management. Everyone who needs to enter kindergarten should strictly enforce the procedures: identity verification ➡take temperature ➡registration ➡ ️enter. When all the people were at home, security guards went through all the checkpoints to be on duty everyday. "Thank you"! On behalf of the kindergarten, the kindergarten leadership team sent supplies to them and brought greetings from all the teachers and students!

February 8, The future kindergarten sent out a letter to all the parents of the future kindergarten and officially issued the postponement of the school year notice. Also, reminded everyone to pay attention to the development of the epidemic and cared for the health of each child and parents. At the same time, the online epidemic education and interactive guide was also sent to each family of future kindergarten. 

February 10, After numerous trials and research sessions, the first "online interaction" finally began today. It was the first day that the teachers of the future kindergarten worked as the "anchor". At the first sight of the children, all their inhibitions disappeared. This was also the first day for the children to interact with their parents at home. In addition to learning to "type 1", they also learned to apply for “connect” to express their missing to the teachers. Foreign teachers talked to our children with "time difference” and even invited their beloved cats and guitars to Say Hello to the children.

February 14, The administrative office sent a letter to all the staffs in the future kindergarten family, which said, "in the face of disaster, no matter how disorderly and insecure a society is, as long as there are two things continue, people will feel the existence of hope. The doctor is still saving lives - it shows that we are now guarded. The teacher is still educating people - it shows that our future is being taken care of." On this Valentine’s Day. February 25, Since the virus broke out,  the future kindergarten leading group has met at the Dingtalk conference platform at 7:30 PM every day. In addition to the routine greeting "what delicious food did you make today?", there were more discussions and feedbacks on teachers' live broadcasting, discussions on the storage of materials for the new term, and discussions on the new term plan and emergency plan. At the same time, according to the quarantine policy of Hangzhou city, we also foresaw the difficulties that Chinese teachers and foreign teachers may face when they return, the administrative and logistics departments contacted the community in advance and made full preparations.

February 28, The online interaction had been going on for 3 weeks and today the future kindergarten sent a meaningful video to all the kids. In the face of the epidemic, people from all walks of life are trying their best. The future kindergarten had implemented off-closed management, the teachers miss the kids very much. Perhaps in a few years later, when we open the door of our memory again, we feel it is the company. It’s warm and happy! This is the longest winter vacation, but also the longest company!

March 2, The online reading session for teachers in the future kindergarten was open -- "cloud sharing" between teachers. Every teacher is a "Fan deng" at this moment( a famous host). In every teacher's hosting and listening, we all see the “Agency”. 

March 8, Distance does not depart us, but to sow the seeds of love in another way. On international women's day, March 8 this year, future kindergarten had prepared the most reassuring gift for every faculty member -- portable alcohol-free hand sanitizer. The alcohol content is 75%, and the love for you is 100%.

March 12, In view of the update of the public environment of the future kindergarten, the members of the kindergarten leading group began to negotiate with the advertising company. In the face of all the "before" and "after" in the future kindergarten, I am looking forward to everyone in the learning community's surprise and excitement when they see the brand new campus! 

March 16, A new friend came to future kindergarten today! We called it the infrared temperature robot. And we waited for the children to come back and give it a nice name. Say “good morning” to him everyday! 

March 25, Practice on epidemic prevention and control in the future kindergarten. In view of the "children enter the kindergarten", "children leave the kindergarten” and “urgent situation handling" , we organized staffs study the related procedures and carry out actual combat drills. We are down to the earth that made us more confident. 

April 1, The education bureau of yuhang district inspected the preparatory work for the beginning of the new term, mainly from the aspects of system construction, system establishment, material reserve and emergency treatment. On the first day of April, we saw hope and confidence in the inspectors' affirmation.

April 2, On this day, we welcomed the annual "I am a bookworm" happy reading festival activities in the future kindergarten. And also opened the future kindergarten 2020 autumn recruitment forecast. In addition to the children's 21-day reading session, creative bookmark DIY, I am the future  "little anchor" and the cloud story sharing activities, the future kindergarten teachers also carried out the cloud story-telling session. We were looking forward to telling you these beautiful stories when we meet in the future kindergarten again.

April 4, Today is the tomb-sweeping day and also it is the day of national mourning. At 10:00a.m, the whole country observed three minutes of silence. National and overseas embassies and consulates fly flags at half-staff and stop public recreational activities. In the playground of the future kindergarten, our teacher who were on duty also lowered the national flag to half. The future kindergarten informed every mother and father introduce to their children of this day. Death is not the end of life, forgetting is. But we will remember them forever.

April 13,  Today is the first day for all the staff to return to the campus to prepare for the new semester. When a strange but familiar face appears again in the future kindergarten, even wearing masks, we can see the smile on everyone's face. The future kindergarten was suddenly filled with laughter. We took temperature every day. Ate in different times and sit separately. Wrote a health declaration form every day. We knew that all we were doing now was to better wait for the arrival of the children.

April 15, School was about to start, the management committee sent epidemic prevention materials to the future kindergarten. In fact, before this, the PTA members also contacted us if we need any help and sent masks and protective clothing. We want to say thank you to everyone who made efforts for this reunion, not only for the supplies and the greetings, but also for the faith and confidence they bought to us which made us cherish the present and look forward to the future.

April 17, During the one-week class environment creation, teachers in the future kindergarten showed us 100 possibilities for children.

April 18, The future kindergarten had carried out the whole-campus disinfection. We are ready for everything and waiting for your coming back.

April 24, According to the "51 requirements of the education bureau” to resume the school, the future kindergarten carried out the stratified epidemic information and training for all the staff, and actively carried out drills. 

April 27, All the teachers participated in the creation and upgrading of the public environment. April 28, Today, yuhang district education bureau  came to inspect the kindergarten for the resumption of school according to the  "51 requirements”. Hearing the leaders speak the word "pass" on the spot, we felt that all the hard work and waiting was worth it.

When you do something seriously and persistently, you will feel happy sooner or later.

I close my computer now and imagine all the people who were in the story and reading this. Imagine in the future, when everyone recalled the memory of this experience. Postscript

During the period of working at home, 57 teachers (including the foreign teachers) participated in activities such as "cloud live broadcasting" and "online reading session", 118 children participated in the activity of "future online little anchor", 76 teaching staffs participated in the campus guard of epidemic disease, and 2 new teachers were also dealt with "cloud entry". The kindergarten leading group has carried out 36 "cloud meetings" and had many "encounters" in the future kindergarten.
