In order to deepen the parents‘ understanding of the kindergarten curriculum and students’ learning and life in the kindergarten, our kindergarten has launched an activity which let children fully demostratethe choice and voice--three-way conference.

Question: What is three-way conference?

Three-way conference is a meeting held by teachers, parents and students. During the tripartite meeting, parents actively participated in the growth planning of their children and listened to their reflections and self-evaluations in this semester. The main content of the meeting is to share and celebrate the progress made by students this semester, analyze the strengths and weaknesses of students, and set goals for the new semester according to the situation of students.

Teachers arranged the venue, prepared a wealth of materials for children to choose, creating a relaxing environment for children to show themselves confidently.

The children showed their parents their achievements in various subjects, teachers and parents celebrated the growth of the children together.

During the meeting, it was obvious that most of the children could communicate with their parents fluently with their own growth portfolio.
